To List in the Salon Forum Member Directory

If you are on the Salon Forum mailing list, you are eligible to be in the Salon Forum Member Directory. The Directory will list those members who have services to offer and want to make them known to other members. Only those who choose to list themselves will be on it.

The charge for listing on Members Network is a tax free contribution of $35 or more to "Wells Bring Hope," Salon Forum's charitable cause. To read more about it, click on the "Wells Bring Hope" page on this site or go to www.wellsbringhope.org where you can make an online donation.  Browse the categories and if you need a new one created for you, that will be done..

To be listed, please fill out the form below. Upon receipt of your information, I will e-mail a release for you to print out, sign and return to me. (The release frees me of responsibility for anyone who uses your services, is dissatisfied and undertakes legal action.)
