    More to know:        Understanding the elements of conflict                                            comprises a great deal of my focus in life.                                    The art of negotiation and the pursuit of                                        settlement is ritualistic. It is human theatre                                    at its most compelling whether it is a                                            business dispute between corporate                                            entities or a personal injury between                                            individual parties. The fear factor is what I                                    manage.

                                   It is my purpose to keep parties out of court                                    and out of harm's way by helping them                                            resolve their conflicts with the greatest self                                    determination and empowerment possible.                                    The answer is always in the room. I have                                        conducted over 200 mediations and have                                    an exceptional settlement rate.

                                   I have completed over 200 hours of                                                mediation training, collaborative law                                                training and certification and have been a                                    member of the Los Angeles Superior Court                                    Party Pay Panel of Mediator/Arbitrators                                        since 2003. I am very active in the L.A.                                        Collaborative Family Law Association                                            which encourages divorce settlement                                            without traditional litigation.
